SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Our manufacturing partner ships FedEx ground for our board sets with insurance and tracking numbers provided.  Smaller parcels like the BlockBox can ship USPS.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address when checking out, as this will be the address where the products will ship. The ship to address MUST be provided in the SHIP TO section when checking out. Any address provided in the notes will not be used unless written confirmation has been acknowledged. Address changes that occur after checkout must be provided in writing thru email or phone call and a written confirmation of the change will then be provided.

Any package redirect charges incurred after the package has left our manufacturer’s facility will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Along with our manufacturing partner, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will handle every issue/refund on a case by case basis in order to make you - our customer - completely satisfied!

Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner may result in a non-corrective action.

For stock items, if the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return the item for a refund, then the customer must send the item back within 3 business days of having received the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of sale price. A refund will be processed as soon as our manufacturing partner receives the item. *Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with FedEx.
